Hazell Bros has adopted the ISO 9001 standard as a key tool in its commitment to continuously improving quality and customer satisfaction.

We have identified the key business processes necessary to ensure customers' satisfaction and continuous improvement and developed company policies and procedures held in our central Group Management System. These processes are managed across the company to ensure customer satisfaction, process effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Hazell Bros' Quality Management System is certified by Davis Langdon Certification Services (DLCS) to ISO AS/NZS 9001:2008. Other certifications by DLCS include our Environmental Management System to ISO AS/NZS 14001:2004 and Occupational Health and Safety accreditation to AS/NZS 4801:2001.

Hazell Bros complies with the Australian Government's building and construction OH&S accreditation scheme, also known as Federal Safety Accreditation. Our construction materials are certified by the National Association of Testing Authorities to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.
