Geoffrey has more than 30 years' experience in construction. He was appointed to the role of Managing Director in 1998, and oversees business development, strategic management and key performance indicators. Geoffrey has been instrumental in the development of the construction business unit, growth and expansion, including establishing Hazell Bros operations in East Timor from 2000 - 2003.
Robert has over 35 years' experience with the Company. He is responsible for asset management and planning, including purchasing of major plant and equipment. Hazell Bros has over 120 items of plant (plus an extensive range of attachments) and a fleet of over 40 heavy haulage and tipper trucks.
Brad has more than 15 years' experience working within family businesses, including over 6 years with Hazell Bros. He oversees the Corporate Services functions including financial management. Brad has been heavily involved in the expansion of the Company through strategic business acquisitions.
Hazell Bros prides itself on offering a family-like atmosphere through flexibility, communication, tailored training programs and employee assistance schemes. The Company is managed through a Board structure, which includes independent members with no financial interest in the business.
