Hazell Bros is committed to the development, production and delivery of quality products and services that meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our clients.
To achieve this Hazell Bros will:
- establish, maintain, monitor, review, audit and continually improve the group management system consistent with the certification requirements of ISO 9001
- identify, investigate, report and resolve all non-conformances and take action to prevent recurrence
- establish, review and communicate quality objectives and performance measures and take action to prevent recurrence
- provide the necessary resources and infrastructure to implement and maintain the group management system
- encourage all employees to integrate quality management into the way we work through regular training, consultation and induction
- seek feedback from customers and address opportunities for improvement that are identified.
