Hazell Bros Group has over 40 years in civil contracting experience.  By actively pursuing innovative and cost saving ideas, in consultation with clients, Hazell Bros is positioned as an interested business partner, rather than "just another contractor".

Bells Constructions and Technologies are part of the Hazell Bros Group of Companies, forming our Building Construction Business Unit.  Bells has a history in the commercial construction industry through its predecessor organisations Fletcher, Jennings and EA Watts

The Hazell Bros HBMI Quarry produces in the order of 1 million tonnes per annum to the southern Tasmanian market. Aggregate and road base materials are produced to a specified quality, and are supplied to Hazell Bros and the construction industry.

Hazell Bros Group operates concrete batch plants state-wide.  These are operated through Quick Mix Concrete (Northern Tasmania), Derwent Valley Concrete (Derwent Region) and Hazell Bros Concrete (Southern Tasmania).

Through our comprehensive fleet of modern machinery, Hazell Bros are industry leaders in the provision of professional services and innovative solutions.  A wide range of current model heavy earthmoving equipment is available for both wet and dry hire applications

Hazell Bros transport services are the foundation of the Group, with this activity being the first established in 1944.  The specialised transport fleet consists of a variety of configurations up to 140 tonnes. 

Concrete and Quarry products are regularly tested by the Hazell Bros owned Qual Tech Testing Services.  Qual Tech is NATA accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.  Qual Tech can also undertake new product development and will work with customers to achieve their goals.

In the 1960s, Hazell Bros Fleet Maintenance was established to service an ever expanding transport and equipment fleet.  Hazell Bros Fleet Maintenance services all aspects of equipment and vehicle requirements, including transport, mining equipment, equipment services vehicles, plant and light vehicles.
